Initial Owner Onboarding Fee - $200.00

Management Fee - 10% of rental income 

Vacancy fee if the property is vacant for a full 30 day period without rental income - $45.00

Leasing Fee of 10% of one month's rent for each new lease secured (does not apply to renewals)
