Meet Anthony Carbone & Wendy Carbone:
Anthony Carbone has had a passion for real estate for as long as anyone can remember. While in high school, he could be found shadowing successful agents in the area to learn as much as he could. On his nineteenth birthday he obtained his real estate salesperson license and spent his first year working as a Buyer Specialist, closing over 30 transactions while continuing to hone his skills. In 2017 Anthony obtained his brokers license and together with his partner, (and mother) Wendy Carbone, they opened their own company, Valley Homes Property Management. He began working with investors, providing critical insight to assist them with identifying and acquiring properties to build their portfolios. In just four more years that company grew to a full service real estate firm offering not only property management, but a full scope of services to include listing and sales. Anthony is a hard working agent who values integrity and provides outstanding client service.
Wendy Carbone, a native of Connecticut, began her real estate career in 1999, when she first obtained her real estate license in the state of Virginia. During her 20 years as a military wife, she has had the opportunity to work in markets around the country and understand real estate trends on both a macro and a micro level. Wendy moved to Huntsville, Alabama in 2012 when her husband retired from the U.S. Army. Along with managing her own portfolio, she and her son Anthony Carbone created Valley Homes Realty & Property Management. Their company is a full service brokerage offering assistance with listing, selling and managing real estate.
